Vintage Handmade Mixed Wood Serving Tray Brick Pattern Parquet Rim MCM

Up for sale is a beautiful, uniquely crafted vintage handmade mixed-wood serving tray. This piece features a striking geometric parquet/brick-patterned rim made from alternating light and dark wood blocks, framed by a warm mahogany-toned veneer display base and angled corner molding accent pieces. Perfect as a rustic tabletop centerpiece, primitive decor, or a rewarding weekend restoration project for a woodworker. DIMENSIONS: 17x11x2 FULL CONDITION DISCLOSURE (SELLING AS-IS): This tray is a true vintage/hobbyist piece and shows honest signs of age, wear, and character. We believe in 100% transparency so you can buy with confidence: Inner Base Surface: Features a firm, small red spot of what appears to be candle wax that is stuck firmly to the surface. It has not been aggressively scraped or chemically treated to preserve the original finish. Parquet Block Rim: There are a few noticeable wood chips/gouges missing along the upper edge of the inner light-colored wood blocks. Corner Trim Pieces: The angled pine corner accents show slight dry separation and splitting around the original finish nail holes. Underside Base: The bottom consists of a raw plywood backing showing expected age coloration, minor scuffs, and old water rings from historical storage. Please review all listing photos closely, as they serve as the ultimate visual description of the tray's current condition. The tray is being sold exactly as-is, with no returns accepted.
