Thank you for looking! Limited to those who can pick up at my home in southeastern Saitama Prefecture! Please consult with us regarding the pickup date and time. *Please note that I am an amateur. I will assist you, but I cannot be held responsible for any damage during removal. *Please prepare a large vehicle, blankets, etc. for removal. [Product Description] - 4-5 seater corner sofa - 3 cushions (photo 13) - With adjustable feet (height 8.5cm, photo 14) Original price approx. ￥75,000 (tax included) It can be used by up to 4-5 people and is easy to use because it can be moved around freely for layout! There is some cracking, but it does not affect the product itself, so I believe it can still be used for a long time! (Selling due to purchasing a new sofa) - Size: *Refer to numbers in photo 2 ① Seat width 145 x depth 53 x height 30 (cm) ② Seat width 55 x depth 53 x height 30 (cm) ③ Seat width 60 x depth 53 x height 30 (cm) ④ Seat width 60 x depth 58 x height 30 (cm) *Total width including armrest of ① is 170 (cm) *Height including backrest of ① and ② is 75-80 (cm) - Usage period: Approx. 5 years - Original price: ￥75,000 (tax included) [Product Condition] The seat of sofa ① has cracks because a child jumped on it, so please check the photos carefully before purchasing (see photos 5-7). It may become less noticeable with repair sheets, etc. (We used it by placing stuffed animals to make it less noticeable.) ② to ④, the 3 cushions, and the adjustable feet have hardly been used, so they are in beautiful condition. (Adjustable feet are unopened.) Photo 12 shows the sofa when it was first purchased and installed, so the condition of the backrest is likely the same as it was then, so please use it as a reference.
