Limited-time offer, drastically reduced from 33,333 yen!! Thank you for viewing. This is a woodblock print titled Nio Ushirow (Fragrant White) by Ryonosuke Fukui, a popular artist representing the Showa era. This is a woodblock print for appreciation, created by Unsodo, a long-established Kyoto publisher, showcasing the pinnacle of their craftsmanship. The serene and transparent profile of a beautiful woman, characteristic of Ryonosuke Fukui's work, is masterfully rendered through the exquisite skills of carver Reiji Okura and printer Shinjiro Hashimoto. The artist's original pencil signature and seal are present in the lower right of the image, and the edition number (87/300) is indicated in the lower left. Furthermore, a certificate from Unsodo issued in 1977 is affixed to the back of the frame, confirming its authenticity. [Artwork Details] ● Artist: Ryonosuke Fukui ● Title: Nio Ushirow (Fragrant White) ● Technique: Woodblock Print ● Publisher: Unsodo (Showa 52 / 1977) ● Edition: 300 prints (No. 87) ● Signature: Artist's original pencil signature and seal included [Size (actual measurement)] ● Overall frame: Approx. 72.5 cm (height) x 57.5 cm (width) ● Artwork opening: Approx. 52.5 cm (height) x 39.5 cm (width) *This is a large and impressive size that makes a statement when displayed. [Condition] The artwork itself is in extremely good condition, with no stains, yellowing, or fading, which is remarkable for an item approximately 50 years old. The frame is a high-quality wooden frame, but there is some peeling due to age on the plywood on the back (see image). This does not affect the appearance when displayed or the preservation of the artwork, so please consider purchasing only if you understand the nature of antique art pieces. [Shipping and Packaging] As this is a large art piece with a glass front, it will be shipped using bubble wrap and thick cardboard. We offer secure, anonymous shipping (Rakuraku Mercari便) with shipping included. *Authenticity is guaranteed. In the unlikely event that the artwork is proven to be a forgery by a public institution, we will accept returns and provide a full refund.
