(´V`)♪ My acquaintance, the manager of a music store I frequent, told me that this familiar tool is now selling like hotcakes. He prefaced his statement by saying, I only knew you had one... and then explained that for some reason, recently, many people have been looking for it, and some even say they already own one. (｀´） Actually, I know of someone else who owns one besides myself, and that person was truly the only one. I also broke one of my two that I had (the one for my ring finger, which is my main one!) into pieces (because it's ceramic!) while in the middle of a slide solo, a huge blunder. Now I've only had this one (for my pinky) for a long time. However, according to the store manager, It's not only no longer on the market, but it's been discontinued for a long time. (-_-;) However, what came out of the store manager's mouth was, Replica versions are circulating. (-_-#) However, I want to make this clear: I tried playing a resonator guitar, which is for sale at that store, using a replica that proudly displays the words MUDSLIDE printed on it. It was heavy and just slid around slippery, a piece of junk that I hesitate to even call a replica. (>.<) Therefore, as a surprise from me, who can no longer play the guitar due to peripheral neuropathy and is letting this treasure go to waste, I am tearfully listing this item, the pinnacle of bottleneck slides.
