Vintage Toy Concepts Wood Works Handcrafted Wooden Dollhouse Kit - Item No. A22018 Up for purchase is a fantastic vintage late 1990s / early 2000s Wood Works Handcrafted Wooden Dollhouse playset kit by Toy Concepts. This beautiful open-back house is scaled perfectly to fit most 5-inch dolls (such as Fisher-Price Loving Family or wooden peg dolls). Unlike modern plastic playsets, this kit features a charming all-wood build and comes complete with natural wood furniture pieces! CONDITION DETAILS: - Status: Open Box / Never Assembled. The house panels and furniture pieces inside remain flat-packed and ready for your assembly. - Completeness: Includes the wooden house structural panels, natural wood furniture set, fabrics/curtains, and assembly instructions printed right on the packaging. - Box Condition: The original outer retail box is included. It shows some standard vintage shelf wear, edge creasing, and minor crushing on the outer flaps from storage (please see photos of both sides). The colorful graphics remain bright and completely legible. - Environment: Stored carefully in a smoke-free, climate-controlled home. An excellent throwback project for a collector or a beautiful, plastic-free toy for a playroom!
