Very Good without box and paper! Case, Screws & Waterproofing (PLEASE READ):** The watch back cover is held by 4 screws. Two (2) of the 18K gold screws are broken inside their threads/sockets. The back cover remains tightly shut and secure via the remaining two functional screws and does not move. However, due to the two broken screws, the watch is NOT water-resistant and is not guaranteed for water exposure until repaired by a watchmaker.
