CELESTION G12M-65 Creamback 16Ω Guitar Amplifier Speaker [ Made in UK ] This model combines the vintage tone of the most popular Celestion model, the Greenback, with the power handling capacity to support today's high-output amplifiers. Developed in the mid-1960s, it was famously favored by iconic players of that era's loud, aggressive blues-rock style, such as Hendrix, Clapton, Beck, and Page. The G12M-65 Creamback retains the pleasing woody tone of the G12M while increasing its power handling, making it ideal for those seeking vintage tone with modern amplifiers. Its ample power handling is characterized by roaring lows, warm and clear mids, crunchy upper-mids, and sweet highs. ■ Featured Artist ・Chris Bandusky Recently I installed a Creamback in my Bad Cat: one of the best and smoothest sounding speakers I have played through. It takes pedals extremely well and projects a sound that is full and clear. Click here for the manufacturer's site
