Michael Miller Surfboards Bar Soap Egg 5'10 x 21 1/16 x 2 1/2 (177.8cm x 53.5cm x 6.3cm) Purchased new at a shop in Okinawa several years ago. There are shallow foot marks on the deck, and one small crack. The bottom and rails are otherwise clean. It's a fun board, but I'm decluttering as I don't use it often. Pick-up only in Shizuoka City or around Shizunami Coast, please. From the shop's website: The ultimate performance board for small to medium waves. An egg design that can be enjoyed in any condition, from beach breaks to reef breaks. Bottom: Single to Double Concave to Vee The fast paddle speed allows for the quickest takeoff and ride, translating that speed into smooth turns and further propulsion. The edged round pin tail enables excellent rotational performance and trim speed. For surfers who dislike longboards but want a buoyant board, or for mid-length surfers looking to challenge themselves with shorter ranges. Michael Miller A rising surfboard builder making waves in San Diego, California. From 1998, he learned repair techniques at Joe Roper's Surfboard Repairs, mastering all the fundamentals of the entire surfboard building process from start to finish. From 2003, he joined the Christenson Surfboards team, acquiring higher-level skills and knowledge in surfboard building. He has stated that he was greatly influenced by Chris Christenson's philosophy of building all types of boards, from shortboards to large gliders up to 12 feet. When he began using Chris's factory after it relocated, Skip's factory was on the same premises, and Michael has said he learned a great deal from Skip. He credits Chris Christenson and Skip Frye with having a significant influence and inspiration on his surfboard building, leading to the creation of Michael Miller Surfboards today.
