This is a Hechi fishing rod from Sakurai Fishing Gear. I purchased it as unused last August and have used it a few times. Some of the rod's decoration has peeled off. The peeled pieces will be included. It bends satisfyingly when you hook a fish. It can firmly bend the belly of the rod and handle a 45cm black sea bream. I tried fishing for a humphead wrasse as a test. I even landed a 65cm one. I became interested in using it for various other fishing styles besides Hechi fishing, so I contacted the manufacturer about the recommended line. Here is their response: Manufacturer's Reply: Regarding the main line, we recommend a maximum of No. 2 nylon or PE line No. 0.8. This rod has a very soft, full-flex action, so the leader strength is just a guideline. The top guide uses a Fuji guide with a 3.0 specification, so it is not designed for very thick main lines. We hope this information is helpful. All original accessories, including the storage case, are included. Product Description (quoted from HP): 2.7m x 3 Leader: 0.6-1.2 gou, Weight: 118g, Tip Diameter/Butt Diameter: 0.6mm/10.5mm A lightweight, slim carbon Hechi rod compatible with fine leaders, featuring a smooth, full-flex action that reduces the chance of fish coming off once hooked. It is comfortable to fish with, as the rod is less prone to wobbling even on windy days. This model is equipped with small SiC guides compatible with PE lines. It can also be used for rockfish and rockfish fishing. Uzakki Nissin Invicta Click here for the manufacturer's site
