Thank you for your request. I will list additional items. These are portions of a 20kg bag that I purchased and then divided into smaller packages. I am selling them because I cannot use them all myself. This is the last of it. Immediately after receiving them, I transferred all of them into zip bags in my home kitchen. I took precautions for hygiene, but I have not had them inspected by the public health center, so please use them not as food, but as raw materials for culturing EM active solution, etc. For your reference, here is the information from the website where I purchased the brown sugar: This is the popular Hateruma brown sugar, a 20kg professional-use powder type favored by artisans. It retains the unique umami and sweetness of sugarcane, making it ideal for cooking and confectionery. It is also in powder form, dissolves easily, and can be used for a wide range of purposes. *These items are listed as horticultural materials, not as food. The reason I decided to purchase this was that someone mentioned on a blog that they used Hateruma brown sugar instead of molasses when making EM active solution. The active solution was successfully made. However, the quantity was too large for me to use up with my container gardening.
