This Paramount Bed requires disassembly and assembly by a professional service. We will cover the costs, but this service is limited to specific regions: Osaka City, Hokusetu region, and the Hanshin area. This is an electric bed with adjustable backrest angle. It can be used as a regular bed or as a nursing care bed. The operation is simple and easy to use. It has been functioning without any issues since purchase. This item is being sold due to a replacement. There are scratches on the frame. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. The handrails are not attached as they can be obstructive when getting out of bed. There are 3 handrails in total. Handrails are useful for preventing bedding from slipping off. The mechanical contact surface of the included mattress has some blackening from the machine's operation. There are no stains on the surface. A Tempur mattress was used on top of the included mattress. The Tempur mattress was covered with a sheet, so there are no stains, but due to the use of an electric blanket in winter, or for unknown reasons, there is some discoloration on the upper and lower fabric. Please let us know in the comments if you do not need the Tempur mattress. We apologize, but we cannot offer a discount even if you do not need it. Shipping will be via Mercari's Packing and Shipping Service. This service includes installation at the designated location. Please note that shipping may take some time due to scheduling for pickup and delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
