Authentic Japanese Aged Black Garlic! Made with 100% domestic Fukuchi White Garlic. Aged longer than usual for a firmer, easier-to-eat texture. Honey can solidify due to sudden temperature changes or cold environments, so please store at room temperature. We've added black sugar syrup to make it less prone to solidification, but if it does harden, you can return it to its original state by warming the jar in a hot water bath. This product involves re-aging the black garlic for approximately one month until firm, then peeling and immersing it in pure honey and black sugar syrup. Therefore, you may find thin skins or overly hardened pieces of black garlic mixed in, but these are harmless. Aged black garlic is not only highly nutritious but also possesses strong antioxidant properties. When mixed with honey, which is rich in essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals, a synergistic effect is created. Black garlic preserved in honey has no pungent raw odor, a smooth texture, a pleasant mild acidity, and can be enjoyed like a fruit. Sweet, easy to eat, and odorless with amazing power! This popular set is perfect for gifts or personal enjoyment. As this product contains honey, please do not give it to infants under one year of age. Regarding the sale of black garlic, we inquired with the public health center about sales and business permits. They responded that since black garlic is a simple processed vegetable, no further permit is required unless additional processing is done. However, for our company, we have obtained: A food sanitation supervisor, A public health center-approved workshop, and A sealed packaged food manufacturing business Operating permit (shown in the image). Please rest assured that our products are made under these conditions. Click here for the manufacturer's site
