We are offering Sansevieria (also known as Mother-in-law's Tongue) grown as a hobby. This listing is for a set of two plants. Both are the variety 'Subspicata'. ? The leaves of both plants in this listing are upright. 'Subspicata' typically has leaves that spread out flat. While upright plants are occasionally found, we happened to have two, so we are offering them as a set. ? The approximate size of the plants is 8-9 cm in width and 13-16 cm in height from the soil. These are young plants and are expected to grow larger. ? They were grown outdoors with shading from May to October and indoors during other periods. They will be shipped as is. Please excuse any leaf damage. ? They will be shipped as bare-root plants (without pot or soil) in recycled cardboard and sent via 4th Class Mail. Shipping will be as described in our profile. ? We will pack them carefully and conscientiously to prevent leaves from breaking as much as possible. ? Both are planted in 3-inch pots. ? We believe a 3-inch pot is suitable for repotting. Please judge based on root development. ? The charming features of 'Subspicata' are its deep green leaves and the red edges. The green leaves themselves do not have prominent variegation (patterns). The red on the edges of these plants is starting to appear, but the leaves themselves have not yet reached their deep green color. This will come with time. ? They love sunlight, but recent sunlight has been too strong, so please grow them with shading. Of course, water and fertilizer generously (lol). We appreciate your consideration.
