Type: Onion Features: Organic, Direct from Farmer *First-time buyers, please read the profile before purchasing.* *Please check the reviews section for comments from other buyers about our vegetables. They may be helpful!* *For freshness, we ship with the brown outer skin and soil intact. Please be aware! The skin can be peeled to reveal a white onion. Please peel before eating!* We highly recommend trying onion slices and microwaved onion with ponzu sauce!! When microwaving, simply make a small cut and place it in the microwave! Adjust to your preference afterwards! Personally, I recommend ponzu sauce! However, please try it plain first before adding the sauce! It's sweet! Just like last year, my 4-year-old grandchild ate it right up, saying Delicious! just by microwaving it! It's also delicious in curries, but we recommend enjoying it in simple dishes to truly appreciate the onion's flavor. Store in a cool, dark place or refrigerator after arrival! Onions (early variety - Shippo) grown organically with only organic fertilizer. *Please wash and consume, as there may be some deformation, or insects and other leaves due to organic cultivation.* *There will be variations in size.* 4kg~ including box *The number of onions will vary.* As we ship from Kanagawa, delivery to nearby Kanto regions should be the next day. However, shipping will commence sequentially from today. We use Kuroneko Yamato for shipping. *We do not use plastic packaging to prevent steaming.* *For other shipping methods, please refer to our profile and consult with us in advance.* Agriculture, dealing with nature, cannot always guarantee the same quality as manufactured goods. Just as no two people are alike, no two vegetables are alike. You may not realize this if you only see vegetables lined up in supermarkets, but behind those beautiful, uniformly shaped vegetables are their unique brothers who never saw the light of day. We prioritize substance over appearance! Therefore, we generally do not sort based on appearance if it doesn't affect edibility. We await orders from those who understand this.
