Vintage Showa A-Un Karajishi Peony Hand-Dyed Happi (Festival Coat) When laid flat, sleeve end to sleeve end is 130cm. From collar bottom to hem is 70cm. Width is 63cm. Men's, Women's, Male, Female Cotton This is an old item, so there are some minor scuffs. Each piece is hand-dyed, so there are some color variations, but it is in good condition for its age. Lions and peonies are called the king of beasts and the king of flowers, respectively. They have been used since ancient times as symbols of royalty and good fortune, and are a popular design.
