Alarm sounds if 100PPM is detected for over 40 minutes continuously. Alarm sounds if 300PPM is detected for over 3 minutes continuously. Immediate alarm will sound in case of high concentration. CO has roughly the same weight as air, so it does not accumulate at the top or bottom.
