There are scratches, paint peeling, dirt, rust, and damage to resin parts due to on-site use. As shown in the images, there are many scratches that have not led to internal damage. Disassembled, parts cleaned, inspected, replaced, and performance tested by skilled technicians. 〇 Shank (socket connection part, square drive) visually and tactilely inspected. Anvil replaced as appropriate to optimize socket fit, engagement, and torque transmission. Please refer to the enlarged image of the shank. 〇 Inspected the housing interior and replaced all worn or deteriorated parts (including new parts). After reassembly, performance was finally confirmed using a dedicated tester for the following items: - Torque, rotation speed, airtightness, impact stability, reverse function. We have confirmed torque measurement values exceeding those of new products, so please do not exceed the appropriate operating air pressure of 0.6MPa. [Important Request Regarding Air Supply] The torque of an air impact wrench is greatly influenced by the air supply volume. It is very common to feel that torque is not being produced due to insufficient air pressure, thin or long hoses, or resistance from quick couplers. This is not a defect of the tool but a cause on the air supply side. To ensure proper inlet pressure for the tool, we recommend using a hose with an inner diameter of 3/8 inch or larger and a high-flow quick coupler. If the above conditions are not met, sufficient performance cannot be achieved. It may only produce about 50-70% of the maximum torque. As this is a used product, we ask that only those who can understand and confirm these points purchase the item to prevent dissatisfaction due to insufficient air supply. [Daily Maintenance: Performance Maintenance & Extended Lifespan] - Air inlet/exhaust management (cleaning of air inlet and exhaust ports). Air filter, regulator, and oiler installation recommended. - Lubrication (oil injection, greasing). - Removal of internal moisture (after use, disconnect the air hose, inject a few drops of oil, and rotate lightly). We have taken every precaution, but please understand that this is a used product. There may be omissions or errors in the description, so please judge based on the images.
