Up for sale is a stunning, highly collectible pair of vintage Kit Heath sterling silver cufflinks featuring an intricate, openwork interlocking Celtic knot ribbon design. Founded in North Devon in 1984, the British designer duo Kit Heath and Katie Nickell became internationally celebrated for translating traditional regional motifs into expressive, premium everyday silver art. This specific pair is a wonderful early milestone example from their highly sought-after 1990s collection. The fronts display fluidly sculpted silver lines with beautiful depth, contrasting polished surfaces against structural negative space. Authentication Details & Hallmarks: Front/Frame Stamps: Clearly marked with the manufacturer catalog identifier KH-93 inside the recessed reverse arc, denoting the exact 1993 design line series. Bridge Stamps: Fully stamped with the 925 standard fineness guarantee for solid sterling silver. Maker Emblem: Features the official, crisp regional maker's hallmark stamp: the distinct six-spoked Celtic wheel symbol on the toggle bar. Condition:Excellent vintage condition with no deep scratches, dents, or pitting. They have been lightly hand-polished to highlight the mirror-shine on the silver ribbons while beautifully preserving the dark natural recess oxidation that gives Celtic jewelry its signature depth. T-bar toggle mechanisms are completely smooth, tight, and function perfectly.
